Course content

Firstly, we draw on neurosciences to understand what crisis does to our brains, on an individual and group level (hint: it’s not pretty).

Then we experience it through high-stakes, fast moving exercises and simulations.

Finally we take the time to do the one step that so often makes the difference between successful and unsuccessful comms crisis response: prepare.

DAY 2: Rigging for the storm: preparing for the crisis
