François Maurin
François Maurin brings a unique blend of business acumen and performance expertise to leadership coaching. An MBA graduate from EMLYON, he worked in finance and TV before training as an actor at Cours Florent. In Los Angeles, he acted, dubbed, and scripted before shifting to coaching CEOs in advocacy, negotiation, and public speaking. A valued Najberg Milne colleague since 2009, he's also a passionate musician, comedian, and t'ai chi enthusiast.
Jean-Sébastien Pigeau
Fluent in storytelling, team dynamics. creativity, and time wrangling, Jean-Sébastien Pigeau brings energy, wit, and multilingual charm to training and coaching across organisations of all kinds. Since 2006, he's helped professionals across Europe sharpen their presentation skills, leadership, and communication. A Sorbonne and business school graduate, he's navigated the worlds of business, politics, and even the stage— because sometimes, training is as much about performance as it is about content.
Solenn Honorine
Solenn Honorine is a seasoned communications consultant and trainer with two decades of experience in international journalism and strategic communication. Her reporting career spanned Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and South Africa, where she covered both breaking news and in-depth features for leading French and American media outlets. She later brought her expertise to Doctors Without Borders, offering strategic guidance on institutional positioning, advocacy campaigns, and crisis response and to the European Climate foundation, where she managed a comms team spread across 11 EU countries. Her first novel, La Route de Wakale, is about to be published in September 2025.
