Can we transform a company culture to boost business relationships?
Just ask… Ideo
"I hired Najberg Milne based on a recommendation a colleague of mine made. I included myself in the initial small group of people who attended their excellent course “Winning Hearts and Minds”.I enjoyed the course thoroughly and derived great insights and confidence from it; so much so that I asked them to work with several groups within the London office, eventually sending well over 2 dozen people to learn from them.
Although it has been over 2 years since I attended the course, I still often draw on what I learned, and have successfully spoken in front of audiences in the hundreds and not only lived to tell the tale but thoroughly enjoyed the experience (despite the nerves!).
Thanks to their coaching, I look forward to public speaking engagements as both a challenge and as something I very much enjoy (and hope to continue to improve at!)" Santiago Matheus, Managing Director

Are we effective overseas?
Just ask… Airplus
Owned by Lufthansa, Airplus is a financial company with offices all over the world. We started working with Airplus in the UK, and then with their senior team in Frankfurt. Since then we have run many workshops for them in the UK, Germany, Holland and Switzerland. Although everyone spoke the international business language of English, the question was whether we could work effectively with so many different nationalities simultaneously in the same room. As such clients as Mars, SAP Business Objects, Nestlé and Specsavers can also vouch, the answer is yes. More recently we have been able to offer our “Winning Hearts & Minds” in French as well as English

Can we handle the biggest projects including major change-management programmes?
Yes we can!
We had run our “Winning Hearts and Minds” programme for a high profile investment management company for a number of years when they approached us for help with a major change in company culture.
Traditionally, investment fund management companies belonged among either the ‘big boys’ or the ‘boutiques’. Their new CEO had a unique vision for them of ‘The Big Boutique’ combining the best of both.
To realise this vision, everyone at the company had to make changes to the way they worked and communicated with each other. Our task, then, was four-fold: to improve communications; to improve working relationships; to make the case for the company’s new values so persuasive that everyone would buy into them; to help turn these values into concrete changes with real results.
Based upon previous experience with Seeboard and United Magazine Distribution undergoing similar root-and-branch changes, we designed and delivered a series of workshops involving every single member of their 270-strong staff from the CEO to the part-time receptionist, including members flying in from the USA and China.

Can we run comprehensive multi-module training programmes for your firm?
Just ask… Emap
To improve the people-managing skills of its publishers, editors and sales directors of the various divisions, the magazine and newspaper empire Emap commissioned the recently formed Najberg Milne to run a comprehensive multi-module training programme for all their senior staff over a number of years.
These modules in presentation skills, people management, team building and relationship management have evolved and developed over the years into the courses we offer today.
"The Najberg Milne course was a personal turning point for me as it gave me the confidence to start doing presentations with a lot more enthusiasm. And doing presentations, frankly, leads pretty directly to many good things. The management training enabled me to put the skills I’d developed in my own haphazard way into a much more robust and useful framework that I could use much more effectively. Thoroughly recommended." David Davies, MD Heat Magazine
